Valve cover breather hose

Does anyone have the part number or size for the valve cover breather hose? Mine cracked and sucked in on itself, so I'm not sure I could get an accurate OD/ID measurement.

I have the stock air cleaner. I'm not sure if a valve would fit underneath, but if it does, any recommendations for a workable solution would be fine.

Note for future reference: I received the correct part after a few weeks wait, and the inner diameter is way too small to fit on the connection to the valve cover or the air box. I ended up buying a piece of radiator hose, 3/4" ID and 1" OD and even that was a tight squeeze.
 
I ordered one off eBay using the part # and it fit fine. Tight but fine.
 
Maybe I got one from a bad run? 3/4" ID hose was super tight, this is over a a tenth of an inch smaller in diameter. No way this was going to fit.
