I saw the PO of my car yesterday and he mentioned a tool the could manually raise and lower the windows after you had removed a plastic cap in the door jam. Anyone have a picture of this mysterious tool?
Its a dreadful way to move the glass. Ask me how I know...

Is the tool or the finger operation faster than an original motor?
barely...On another note, I wonder how many of us would want one of these if it could be made? My cousin does plastic prototype creation and maybe could make a mold to pop out a dozen or so?
Thoughts?

If you can't find a local example you can use mine to make the mold, provided of course that it makes it safely back to my tool kit at some point![]()
Can you measure the dimensions and send it to me?
Some good pictures would give me a good start to get an idea of the cost.
Nobody wants a "nice to have but pretty useless tool" for $100!
More info to follow.
might be worth pressing into a fine clay - Stan, ask the person that would make the tools how they would make a mold.
Or have him send me the mold stuff.
I'll take one, too. Perhaps Jay Leno could make one with his 3D parts copier. I saw it on TV.
