WTB: Used Spare Wheel Well, Center Console Parts

Any of you guys who are parting out cars have a nice, dry spare wheel well you'd be willing to cut out? My own is looking rough.

Also, I'd like to find the two main vertical panels of the center console and a manual shifter surround, all in excellent original condition. Mine were badly recovered by a PO. Anyone have those?
