Yosemite with a dog?

It turns out I am invited to Yosemite for a couple of days. What is a good place to stay I can book on short notice?
I also need to bring Lola, a well behaved dog, which places will accept dogs and perhaps worse accept me...?

We were there a couple of years ago (no dogs) with extended family and rented two houses via Air BNB or VRBO, they were up the hill from the valley.

It looks like the Awahnee will take small dogs and the back patio is a great place to sit in the evening and have a couple of drinks!
