Zenith with electric starter or choke?

Was looking to purchase a NOS zenith carburettor but am not sure if I have seen one with an electric starter mechanism, picture attached. Any ideas if this was installed on our cars?

Will this be a suitable replacement?
Hoping for some advise if they can be used interchangeably? If not can the main body be used?

The Zeniths came with these electric/water chokes, never seen that version. Is it electric only?

yes i believe it is electric only. Closer look at RealOEM shows an electric heater choke an option for E3
