Lan-brakes rear brake valve renew
this started some time ago with the dissasembly of this spare that i bought the rear proportional brake valve as it was advised use a tool to retain the spring when removing the bolts i will renew it following the advice of a forum friende9coupe.com
I think my one spent some time on the titanic. This brings up a question......how do you know when it is time to rebuild this if ever? Symptoms? I was wondering about this when Drew Gregg was reporting his pulsing brake issue, ie if this could be the culprit with sticking, erratic function.
That must be photoshopped.I used the PMB kit, too. I think it went well.

PMB link above does a good job of explaining what happens, assuming Porsche translates to BMW. It's all German right?I thought the forum standard was a quarter-sawed oak background for re-done parts? That may be gum wood. Anyway, what are the symptoms of a non-functional valve?
I'm planning on buying a rebuild, let me know if you find the source. @CornishmanMy kit was planned for a Volvo Amazon. Fitted ok.
If anyone is really interested I will look up the details, it was very cheap If I recall properly.
Thanks, ordered it for my e9.
