Clutch kit confusion; correct parts?

Hi guys, I'm having a difficult time determining which clutch parts to buy for my coupe with build date of 8/73. I have the external fork arm bearing which has the two ears that stick out. Most kits I see include the (later?) bearing style that has more of a tubular look without the fork tabs that stick out.

What's a good place, besides the dealer, to buy these parts or kit and ensure I receive the correct parts?

I would ask Ben at La Jolla, if you tell him what you need he will get you the exact pieces you require. It's a good idea to attach some pictures. Ben will give you a fair price but you'll get the right stuff the first time-

Just bought a clutch for my 3.5 motor. Different than your set-up.

I was shocked at what everyone wanted for a clutch kit.
Disc, pressure plate, throw out bearing, pilot bearing.

I found these guys. About 50% of anything else I could find.
Sachs parts which is what is BMW OEM.
What the deal is these Sachs parts have been repackaged for a place like NAPA or Pep Boys or similar.
When they didn't sell these guys bought the inventory.
I got the wrong set the first time (my fault) and I called and he exchanged with no problem. I was just out the freight cost.

They are on eBay as well.
