1 E9 hub cover in perfect condition
1 Unknown Alpina horn button ( looks like a Petri button, but isn't )

What you need to know: I bought the hub without the raised section for the horn button. The hub came with a separate horn button retainer ring. This isn't a problem, it works perfectly.

Feel free to let me know what you think of it. I will check the comments tomorrow.

Is the sanded 40cm clear coated? If not, maybe the sanding pattern could be changed to linear/radial (it looks like it was hand sanded or an orbital sander was used).

looks to me, this is one complete 38 cm petri wheel with an alpina horn button and a 40 cm bare wheel. to me, the 38cm petri looks to be worth the price all by itself.

It was hand sanded and it has no clear coating. The original matte silver top coat has been removed ( including the corrosion ) and it has been polished. It looks quite good.
