I would like to encourage you to join us for the Northwest Classic https://northwestclassicrally.org/ or the Lewis & Clark Classic https://lewisandclarkclassicrally.org
Both are well run Time-Speed-Distance rallys, each offering a tour class option as well.
We have been running (or working) these rallys for 10 years & they are a hoot! As one of the promoters says: Great Cars, Great Roads, Great People, Great Fun.
If you would like to get some experience before the big rallys, try the Rally Cup series https://www.alfaclub.org/AROO_Rally_Cup_Series.html only $25 for a fun drive on a Sunday.
It would be really cool to have 4 or 5 or 20 E9s show up.
