Probably lots on ebay. Same ones were used for Benz, Audis, BMWs, etc.
Just the lenses? I could probably help ya out. Can check the archives in a few hours

I'll bet someone else has something nicer, I've only got 2 red ones, and one of them is broken.

Just looked none there.
The rear markers (the red ones) are lights. The same PNs were used on E9s, E3s, and '02s. The lens itself fits both sides, but there is a left and right side base.
It may be tough to find just the lenses. You may have to buy the whole units.
Mine were also faded out. I found good ones from an 02 for my E3 on Facebook Classic and Vintage BMW Marketplace

The rear ones are actually running lights
I located one set of lenses but they are not presentable--scratches and scrapes. I will look further tomorrow as I recall having better ones.
