I'm looking for a good or rebuildable clutch master cylinder for my 4 speed Getrag 262. Was unaware how difficult finding e3 pedals and the clutch MC was til I started this swap. If you have a good hard line and reservoir, even better.

New masters are available but the hose enters from an angle, just requires a bit of tweaking. Same as e12, 21, 23, etc.
Just ordered a retrofit kit from Mesa Performance:
"Clutch master cylinders are no longer available for the 2500,2800,3.0Cs/Si and Bavaris. Use part# 21.52.1.156.004 but requires hose changes and new fittings. We have a kit with everything necessary for $106.50."
Hope it's what I need.

I definitely have one I can sell. PM me if you are still in need.

I hope it works for you. Let us know what you think.
Will I need a different fluid reservoir for my new clutch setup? It has a reservoir but it's only plumbed to the brake master cylinder since the car was an automatic until 4 days ago. Didn't think to take a close look at it.

I bought my master from Jim before he had the hose kits made. The master fits fine, you need to bend the input pipe a bit but that’s all. The line to the slave used a brake hose and a brake pipe, no issues there either. The e3/e9 master was NLA for years. Yes, you need a new reservoir to accept the line to the clutch master.
