Friendly Hello everyone…is there any serious interest for a 74e3 Bavaria 53k original, unmolested/unrestored, pretty darn clean & shows very well, Automatic, nice Driver, recently new fuel lines and new bmw Sending unit (big relief for me recently to find & install). Selling for rather fair price, just want it going to the right buyer who appreciates & drives car. The pix of it on flatbed was when i bought car and took it home. Im in westchester county NY….thomas

Thnx Mr Steinkamp for your comment…and added footnotes to ANY interested - is this a Concours-caliber car ? No it is not. It is NOT like the one that Mr Steinkamp sold recently on BaT or the awesome inka e3-3.0si that is my profile pic BUT there is minimal corrosion and shows rather nicely. Already a rather nice Driver NOW…up to next owner to take Body to even better quality OR simply continue to drive, enjoy, maintain and hopefully also join bmwcca.org to enjoy all the benefits and Discounts too…this 74e3 will drive up to nice Annual bmwcca event in Rhode Island next weekend (8/24) so maybe it sells there, maybe it doesn't but its for sale now and very fairly priced BUT just want it to go to a vintage bmw “Appreciator” and Driver…..sincere best wishes everyone and with no or minimal vintage car issues (wink & smile). Thomas

Thomas, your price would help move this beautiful E3. And how firm is it.? Most of us know and follow the E9 market but are clueless about the E3 market. At least I am.

Perhaps others on here could give you some guidance.

To CSteve, Mr Steinkamp and ANY interested in my 74e3 bavaria (fyi very last year of this Model and ONLY 945 ever made in 1974 and that was 51 years ago ?! How many out there still and as original and overall generally nice as mine…as i previously shared, is this a Concours-caliber ? No it is NOT….but is a rather nice original (only 53k miles) Automatic, pretty clean, minimal corrosion, rare nice color GranotRot, and is a nice Driver…Since Purchase, i have replaced fuel lines, other mechanical parts ANd just recently bought & inserted bmw Sending Unit (the part that tells you on dashboard how much gas in Tank…huge relief for me to find and insert….wink & smile !!….oh Price ? 15k BUT not set in stone…i am flexible/negotiable/reasonable BUT you must be a true bmw fan…who appreciates bmw history and can drive/exercise this car , Drive, enjoy, Maintain, etc….sincere best wishes everyone….thomas

Price seems very reasonable to me without a lot of poking around but if it is truly a 53K mile original car (which it looks like it is), looks like a great car for the money. Good luck!

For whatever it may be worth, my E3 was sold to me with pretty low "original mileage." Turns out that, in true BMW fashion, the odo works about half the time. Love the color on this one -- GLWS.

Oh sincere thank you NachtyCoupe…i am a “straight shooter “ / fully openly transparent….i like to think / believe it is fairly reasonable Price…as shared initially this is NOT a concours caliber last year model Bavaria BUT simply a very nice original unmolested / unrestored original 53k bavaria in rare color with black interior and i am flexible on initial Asking Price of 15k

Oh sincere thank you DBower….this is totally original odometer 52k and change (52-53k) Bavaria….previous Owner had for few decades on a Massachusetts Family Farm until she wanted to Sell due to lack of Usage….and flexible on Asking Price of 15k which i think is very reasonable considering ALL the aspects of this car

Seems like a more than fair price for the condition and the mileage/kilometers. I suggest many more photos, an album we can download, for the important details above and below. VIN plates for starters..

Any serious interest out there for original 74 bavaria, very nice Driver, only 53k original (and this is legit too) and Price very reasonable and also flexible/negotiable….anyone wanting in-person look / Drive…will also get very lunch Lunch along Water (either newr my Rye Playland area OR along Hudson River at one of the many nice restaurants)…..will be attending 2 or 3 upcoming bmwcca events in Sept….but sincere best wishes to everyone on e9coupe and wish you no vintage car issues
