title says it all, the paint shop destroyed the wiring connection on my base. i have perfect lenses (2 or 3 sets), so i don't need that

the only difference is the height of the plastic behind the bulb. i am fine with EU version
yes on @TomHom , i have to touch base with him on some other things as well.

The difference is one wire or two for the parking light and turn signal in a US base.

Unless you use euro H1 Hellas with integral city lamp in them.

Don't worry about the original wiring and socket. You can do the modification recommended in this thread: https://e9coupe.com/forum/threads/turn-signal-fixtures-repair-for-light-sockets.22051/ and end up with a more reliable solution.
....but Tom is a little bit confused! Here you are asking for driver side, your pm mentions passenger side! Please clarify
