The actual wording of Tariff code 9903.01.33 that is kicking our ass.

Well, after spending four days in customs clearing in KY, my W-N parts are finally once again on the move. So far, still no tariff notices...

What a logistics nightmare!

Just to add to this thread, I received the email from WN about the forthcoming 10% additional tariffs. I'd been hesitating to place an order, so this prompted me to get my WN order in right away, you know, before those "additional" tariffs kicked in. The order I placed on January 23 came to $746.88, and just 30 minutes ago I received the message from UPS that I will owe an additional 387.52 else I will not receive the order. That is $367.52 in tariff/duty, and a $20 fee for UPS to handle it for me. Or, 49% for the administration, and a couple more percent for UPS. Grrrr!

I received front bumper parts from Rick Stephenson on the West Coast of Canada. Great guy to work with, made the sale from Canada to Solebury as easy and almost as cheap as though it was from Pittsburgh to Solebury.

Don, we have more friends in Canada today than we had a year ago. They are flooding the Post Office with sympathy cards. And regrets they won't be visiting anytime soon.

Hmnn wonder how that could work Would have to take everything out of the packages sp it looks used, not brand new You have to log into a site and declare what you are sending and pay up frt for the duties I put
everything under bumper Vintage car Use the KISS method ( keep it simple stupid ) Took a couple of tries to get it way down Would have to repackage everything Something to think on

Thanks, Rick
