Hi I'm looking for the shorter arm and linkage rod that connects to the throttle pedal on a RHD e9.

Appreciate if anyone has these parts, I'm based in Sydney

This is someone elses car I found for illustration only (nice job on the pipework btw)

Many thanks, John

Hi John, if you haven't done so already, check"Pedals"for RHD on realoem which also shows the linkages. Some of those parts seem to be common to E3 ,E!2 and E24 and Peninsula BM might be able to help. Good luck.

Cheers,Simon

Hi, I'm still trying to track down parts 11 and 20 on the diagram. The lever is common to a few other models, E3, E12 and E24, the rod is the same on the E3.

Any help tracking down these illusive parts will be greatly received.

No luck with Peninsula unfortunately

Send me your details mate. I might have some of those bits as wrecked an e3 a while back. Also know a wrecker here with some e12s and an e3.

The rod if you can't find one, is easily made get some rod ends, a weber distributor, perhaps and some 5 mm rod. With a 5mm die, cut your own threads and what ever length of rod You can use normal nuts as jam nuts or get thinner specific jam nuts

Thanks, Rick

I didn’t think to ask you as it’s a RHD part!

Yes that’s them. Wes in Taz may have the parts locally, if not then I will come back to you. Cheers

I haven’t heard back from Wes so I would like to get these parts from you.

Also, I received your package today, the roundel badges are the condition as described but the colour difference between the two is extreme and would look odd on the car. Would you have another that would better match either one? Happy to ship one back to you as the car is a high standard build and needs to be correct.

Let me know what you think?

Regards John
