Part Identification Help

Found this in my parts bin from the previous owner. Anyone know what it is? There is no branding or PNs. My thinking is that it is for electronic ignition control, but lmk.

How heavy is each of them? The big one looks to be about 2" by 3" and .75" thick... Does it appear to be potted or open (inside each enclosure)?
No markings on anything at all, right? Can you do a resistance check across the wires? At least across a few of the wires on each.....
Thinking out loud here (for the above questions)... Nothing comes to mind with the two pics above....

Both are completely enclosed, with circuit board plastic welding. Added a few pics do what mean. Weight of the large one is maybe 1/3 pound and the small one a few ounces
