okay guys if anybody is looking for the "C" tube intake manifold, i have 2. for anybody that wants a complete one - $150 plus shipping / best offer. i will pull them out and take pics of the actual pieces and adjust the listing to confirm what is what. if you are interested or in need, drop me a line. one is complete L-jet manifold with the 2 injector manifolds (#4), and the air accumulator (#2).

i also have 6 new intake gaskets (#3) - (BMW - 11611730788) - $25 set

the other one is slightly different - i think this is the D-jet intake (minor differences in the vacuum fittings) with the cold start flange. this one is just the accumulator and (6) 6 cylinder C tubes (#14)

I’m always looking for the four-cylinder Cee tubes!

Reference pic; from a e10 tii manifold.
I'll be using these for my m90 build.

I took me 3 weeks to find 2 sets.
Let me know if anyone needs a set.
I buy them from Germany, 4 at a time, at about 150 euro for 4 pcs.

the (4) 4 cylinder C tubes are SOLD - boxed up and ready to ship to (sfdon) ... Don paid in advance by sending me some stuff before he got out of town.

the part numbers cast on the pieces don't jive with the BMW part numbers ... but here is what i have

i believe this is an early L-jet accumulator / maybe a D-jet

@rsporsche : Trying to learn some history...

These are from the M30B30 motor (instead of the carburated M30B30V)? Single MAF sensor & throttle body, individual runners and then EFI injectors? This would've used Bosch D-jetronic (1971) or L-jetronic (1976) EFI ?

By the 80's.. this would evolve into the intake on the '88 M30B35 motor?

JP, It is most common to use L-jet parts when switching from carbs to injected especially with a b35. The b35 intake runners look like a Crab and interfere with the e9 brake booster. L-jet parts mimic the D-jet manifolds. The longer C runners are from an M10 motor, they move toque down a bit in the rpm range.

Thank you for the explanation @HB Chris. I am familiar with intake runner length and how this affects the torque. My BMW knowledge starts with 80's cars like the E28 535is; so everything here is 10-20 years older. I wasn't familiar with the interference issues between a M30B35 intake and the E9.. but after finding some images online I have a visual in my mind... images below. (Items are not for sale. Apologies @rsporsche if I hijacked your for sale ad.)

Edit: I am amazed at the longevitiy of the M30 series of engines.. and the interchaneability of parts.

I used E21 intake C tubes on the M90 build that Don put in my car....
I don't know what the 'regular' M30 C tubes would have been like, but I do know using the E21 (longer) ones did not disappoint....
