I bought a knob from a seller from Lithuania in the past, OEM. I am looking to buy another for a total cost incl shipping of $113.00. According to my research and wonderful AI, I am subject to no fees whatsoever. Somehow I am not convinced. Opinions/experiences welcome. Thanks.

This original cost me $50 to ship and $50 in “tarrifs” from UPS. Agreed that under current laws I shouldn’t have had to pay anything. @sfdon and I were just chatting about this yesterday, and you’ve seen his Tarrif post in general I presume. UPS has a bunch of make-believe fees right now. They are facing multiple class action lawsuits…

I'm gonna buy a lathe and give it a go on my own........or go with the ball of duct tape option.............or convert to an automatic!

don't forget to source a metal insert to push into base so that you can screw the knob onto the lever.

Making them is actually pretty easy. I made all my son's wood bats for baseball on my lathe and made a few knobs, as well..Nice to be able to adjust any sizes to fit your hand perfectly. Now, if I can get better at sewing, I could actually wrap some in a nice leather...:-/...
