WTB center console bracket

I need the Z bracket that attaches the center console side panel to the plate that is attached to the transmission tunnel

This bracket is at the lower forward corner of the console side panel

It is about 2 inches long

I have the left hand one, I need the right hand one

This photo is of the one I have, the left, I assume the RH will be a mirror image

Alternatively, does someone know of a shop in the Seattle area that would make this?

I tried a quote at on online place, in sheet metal and if was a lot

So far, the cheapest is 3D metal print from cloud craft

Do you have a set of calipers or can you measure how thick that is? Looks like something could just do in my garage for cheap, it might not be exact but would serve the purpose. If you want to go that route…happy to help, I’m Seattle as well
I had to bend some similar brackets for my MG’s supercharger springs, just basically it needs to have the two attachment points correct relative to one another, I don’t think that the bends need to be millimeter-exact.
 
Yes, I drew if up in CAD, this is the side I need
Does not have to be machine tolerance, just screws into a piece of plywood!

Nice, that was fast. You guys and your CAD work!
Looks like we start with a 4 cm x 11.5 cm piece of metal, cut out a 9.5 x 2 cm rectangle on the right side leaving the "L" shape, then just bend 90 degrees at 2 cm in and then back out at 4 cm leaving the 7.5 cm run. I've usually made little brackets like this out of 18-gauge steel, which is about 1.3 mm thick, maybe for this do out of 14 gauge which is 2 mm thick. Since my car is still at the shop getting shocks/springs and my MG is waiting for a part as well, I am car-requirement-free tonight. I was going to work on figuring out Fusion so I can update the Iphone battery stand @Bmachine had made, but if I need to do something physical I'll make a quickie version in the 18-gauge if you want just to see if it works. Only if that's the route you want to go - if someone has the part readily available or if you want it to be perfect then this obviously isn't the way.
 
Mark sent me a picture of where this bracket goes. I don’t have this on my car, looks like maybe an AC-car only part?
In this photo, is it the “A Left” and “A Right” brackets?
Or perhaps, Chris, as you said “it isn’t needed” and someone before me removed from my car :)
Happy to spend 20 minutes bending some metal, may do anyways if I’m bored but yes let me know if it’s necessary

Another person here made a bracket to eliminate 2 of the 3 (per side) visible through holes (screw heads)
I think using this forward attachment I can eliminate all 3
 
You need at least three per side, one into vent fascia which is a machine screw and two coarse sheet metal screws into the a/c panel. Last one is bracket under the window switches. The one up front doesn’t attach through the panel and was always a pain for me v

by bracket under the window switches, you mean the one I circled in Cyan in this photo?
This is coupesport's installation that eliminates 2 of the through holes

No but that one isn’t needed and my first 73 had no holes there. I was referring to the two L brackets holding shift platform to side panels hidden under the window switches.

interesting, on the L brackets, don't those just hold the switch platform to the side panels, not attaching it to the car?
with out the lower, mid, side one, the one I circled, and without the very forward lower one, the only 3 per side holding the console to the car are the 3 you described?

Just an idea, I might try and expand on coupesport's idea and not have the lower show as well, that is why I think I probably need the other connection

I have photos showing the wood blocks attached to the panels, but I don't see how an L bracket works
I have a photo someone posted of a U bracket from the platform to the side panels, but it looks like that would block area where the switch goes

It holds shift platform down but also side panels together but not to body. Rearmost skinny bracket with tiny screws not needed. Yes to three screws I described but traveling so no pics.

can you look at photos I send? should I set this aside until you are back? maybe I could call or email? I think in an email I could be a lot clearer, a PP or something, I will DM you my email
 
Many of us have lots of holes in the side of our vinyl from various “things” done over the years. Might be nice to come up with a way that if one is starting with new vinyl side panels (from CS-werk or by recovering your own) that we could attach everything without needing to many holes in the side.
In my case the only holes that I currently am really using are the one on each side that secure the radio bracket into position. Unzipping the shifter boot and pulling out the switches gives access to the small screws that secure the console down to the wood blocks. Lifting off switch console exposes the portion that then attaches the whole thing down to the top of the transmission tunnel via the three brackets that run laterally between the two panels.
Looks like AC car is more complicated, but I am liking the idea of internal brackets to hold everything together without being visible.
