max just sent out an email advertising a new slave (the early type). its not for the timid - its about 540 bucks

Rather changes the economics of converting to a five speed. Rock Auto has the newer style slave cylinders for $30.

yep ... makes we want to look to see if i still have the NOS one that i bought many years ago for my e3.
