Thanks guys @tom and @Don, I need these by this weekend so I would have had to pay for overnight to get them by Monday. I am trying to get a bunch of stuff done by Monday. I was surprised they didn't come on the full bumper I bought from Germany or my cousin forgot to ship them when he pulled bumper apart. Either way I looked everywhere and couldn't find them.

Before my newly purchased CSi arrived, I already knew I wanted to buy and install a Euro bumper to go along with the already installed front air dam. I ended-up buying just a front bumper from the seller in Vietnam. The only place to buy the brackets was from Classiceuroparts. The brackets were expensive enough. But then, the spacers they said were needed caused yet another "pay once, cry once" moment. The brackets and those bloody expensive hard plastic (not fiberglass or expoxy impregnated fancy plastic as I recall reading they were made of) spacers cost as much as the bumper! Pay once, cry once.

My front bumper arrives today. If it is of good quality and not poor quality as some have said, then this decision will have been worthwhile.

I posted a separate posting about the front bumper that arrived this week. I am very pleased with the overall quality. The rubber is especially impressive as it looks identical to OEM and not what some have complained about. Also, the included hardware is also of high quality with respect to machinging and being all stainless. So, my experience has been very positive.
