Thread 'Stroll in the Laguna Seca Park......'

Nothing like elbows out, stroll in the LS park with back digging in and air dam almost scraping!!! 4 people in the Bav on the track! Love it!!! Good times, let's bring those times back!!!

Yeah, that was a crazy fun day! LOL...brought back some memories. It was cool because I followed the legendary Bill Arnold in his E3 that knew the track so we were able to follow his lines. In the back areas of the track it was definitely not "parade lap" speeds. I also remember the other wildman Ivo Christov in an E3 with a merry group of Dutchmen in a member's car here having a good ol' time pacing the track. Almost caught an edge but saved it. I think we all came out of there that day with miles of smiles.

Happy everyone made it safe and sound for the rest of Monterey Car week. If I remember correctly that was BMW's 100 Jahre Anniversary. Hard to believe that was over 10 years ago...Good times! -S

A couple pics...a rare pic when I ran some steelies for a short while and the weekly C&C Newport Coast. One of the best C&C's in regards to rare cars showing up and right on the water. Great example of opposing pictures of what light and camera filter can do for color. There are times I miss CA, few and far between, but the car culture, the ocean/surfing and old friends are top of the list.
