It depends on the end result....some are paying over 100k for these cars done to concours condition, problem is when you drive one of those, the trailer queen value goes down.....but if you have 100k to spend on a toy, them who cares....you have much more "invested" in your car if you factor in...

Impeccable cars at this price point don't have missing parts under the hood.

A BIG +1 on that....and I don't care how rare they are, they are ugly bumpers and they spoil the lines of the cars big time.....so whoever buys the car can put the Euro bumpers on and save the ugly ones for listing on Ebay about 50 years from now....

If a authorized BMW dealer does not take a part back, ask for the phone number and contact information of the regional officer for the dealer, they will solve your problem as far as getting your money back.......works every time.....

NMNA There is a pair of really nice sun visors on German Ebay.....so far up to over $200 for the pair....the parts are getting as expensive as the cars!!!!!

That is a HUGE red flag, when cars do not add up to the statements, then there is usually something expensive lurking below.....but at the right price any of these cars make some sense...just as long as you don't think they are going to keep going up in value like crazy.....this car market is...

If you can get it, buy the VARTA white battery, they make the BMW batteries anyway and they are at least still available in Germany.....othewise consider an Optima....no leaks....but pricy.....
