    New Hazard Switch Electrical Issue

Chris, before I crack mine open, what's the diagnostic path? Or will it be evident when it's disassembled?

    New Hazard Switch Electrical Issue

Yep, absolutely noted. Anyone got a lead on a reliable non-Pelican part? I do have an IM going with a forum member who has a used one, but it comes with no guarantees. Thanks a bunch.

    New Hazard Switch Electrical Issue

If you all don't mind me jumping into this recent thread with my own hazard issue, and to ask the brains here to confirm my assumption of a bad switch, here's what's happening: I depressed the hazard button this weekend for the first time in...forever, and the hazards merrily blinked on but...

Yep, I saw that note earlier in the thread. I'll be talking with my dad on that idea...thanks!

    Early E9 on Ebay

According to his description, he bought it from BHCC in August, and is also selling a 1982 E24 that he was doing a swap with. Both are included in the auction, but no shots of the 635. Sounds like a project that turned into a chore. At least he's transparent enough to share the original BHCC...

Car lift for a home garage use.

I have the same Atlas lift, albeit the taller (extended height) version since I have more overhead room. Been very happy with it (other than a hydraulic cylinder seal leak), but leveling is tricky depending on the pitch of your garage floor. FWIW, Atlas makes a sliding jack (yeah, $900) that...

My solution has been the Kodak Mini Digital Film Scanner, which has color, etc., adjustment capabilities, but probably does better with color slides than negatives. It's a relatively inexpensive solution with multiple format capability, and decent resolution, but seems to struggle with contrast...

Negatives. I know the contrast is all over the place, and the original processing was...inconsistent. I'm sure there's a better way to convert these.

Taiga Batmobile 4355049 for sale at the Werkshop

I was referring to the badges--Fuelfed is the European collector club based here in Chicago. This belongs to one of the members. I believe it's been on offer at The Werkshop for some time now, and thus not at any of our club's events. I would love to see it out...

Hmm. Comes with Fulfed "endorsement," but I don't recall seeing it at any events in recent years. I'll have to ask around...

Dad's archive: Laguna Seca 1960 photos

Hi, all. If you'll indulge me, I thought I'd share some of my dad's race-day photography from Laguna Seca. He was one of many "unofficial" track photographers back in the day, and shot (not races) for newspapers in the Bay Area from the late '50s through the early '60s. I'll start with a couple...
