I had those same Vader seats in my e36 M3, just me but I thought they were very comfortable - really great seats. They don't work in an e9 though.

Paint and body look great!! I don't think that gap is anything to worry about, you might not be able to close it any tighter than that.

Speaking of colors, check out this collection of Honda CT70s that landed on BaT the other day. A couple of colors that I hadn't seen before. I kinda get why these bring so much money, many of us wanted one as a kid and can finally afford them now. That's what happened with me, I wanted one...

I'm definitely a fan of red interiors on these cars. I thought about changing my interior to a wine color leather to go with the Fjord. After getting a quote this summer to have it reupholstered in new leather:oops:, suddenly the existing grayish dark blue leather looked better than ever. :)

Yeah, Mike is right about pushing up. Jiggling side to side, pushing up and pushing on the button all at the same time might do it.

That is a heart breaker, CSi with red leather - must have been beautiful back in the day.

Try moving it side to side a little while you are pulling down and pushing the button all at the same time.
