Yes, your proposed plumbing looks correct all round. On routing, the hose from 1 to 2 comes up between the two stub inlet manifolds. And the hose from 3 to 4 goes around the rear of the manifold, under the oil pressure sender/switch

Once you get the circlips out and the lock barrel itself is free, there are two metal plates which hold the springs and tumblers in the barrel. Go easy when removing the metal plates, catch the springs and carefully take the tumblers out, one at a time if possible

If the bits are there and still in one piece then it's fixable, but not easy. The cover piece is not attached by a hinge, but is only held in place by the spring that holds it shut. If you disassemble the lock it is possible to rebuild with spring and cover in place. But it might be the spring...
