Sold !!! Wonderful to see how much recognition this sale and its marketing have given to our E9 race cars. As mentioned, it is a truly great car, and I had no doubt it would sell quickly, but the marketing was top-notch and deserving of the car and its history.

Agreed Chris, I was in the market to buy it back if it went for silly money, with the premium it was $296k which I think was about right for that car in todays market. Crazy to think I paid 74,750 Euros (including premium ) for that very car in the Bonhams "Power by BMW" sale in 2011.
