    KW Variant 3 Suspension set-up

Has anyone fitted this kit to their car? I am trying to see whether this is something I should consider but want some feedback on what it's like on our cars, such as how does it drive and what is the stance like. Any feedback appreciated.

We’re you ever able to get your car even as to driver and passenger side heights?

1972 BMW Bavaria on BAT - Agave w/ nice Tan/Saddle Vinyl Interior (not Leather as ad states)

Yes....but I'd have to use your money. ;) Wheels, tires, and stance are probably the most changed features of a car. They are a quick and relatively inexpensive way for the owner to personalize it. I'm far from a purist and done all three many times (and much more :)). To me, however, an E3...

    Rear wheel spacers

Staggering rim or tire sizes is another way to achieve the the look/ stance you are interested in. That’s a popular solution illustrated by the coupe king Alpina style rims that are so popular. Me, I like my period correct look - but I don’t judge. If it bothers you, find what looks good to you!

    Sway bars

...bushings, and sway bars. 1 coil cut in the rear coil only (I believe it was just the rear, you will have to research that), if you like my stance then that's what you will get. Car rides great with the cut coil. I don't think you can do a 1/2 a coil cut. Carl probably won't recommend cutting...

    $90k Polaris on Ebay

BTW, this is one of the first E9s that looks "right" to me on 16s. Nailed the tire size and stance.

1974 CS at TheWerkshop, asking $189k, NMNA

Great looking work by the guys at Werkshop, but agree that they could probably get $190 with better stance. Maybe they haven't topped off the windscreen wiper fluid reservoir?

Factory springs as far as I know mate. Will give it six months and re-asses.

    CSL Barn Find 2285251

Overall the car looks amazing Wes. White with the Motorsport stripes is such an iconic CSL spec. I think the stance looks okay, and as you stay will probably settle a bit. Do you mind if I ask what springs you went with?

    CSL Barn Find 2285251

I think it may be a little high. I'm going to leave it for now as I'm told it may settle down a bit. It's yet to have the tie rod ends and alignment done.

Looks amazing, are you happy with the stance? Perhaps a bit too high?

    My V8 914 on BaT

...the snap trailing throttle oversteer like a true rear engine car does. I think one thing that helps is that I got rid of the stock nose high stance of a 914. It's easy to do with the torsion bar suspension. I wonder if that would help put some feel into a stock 914's steering. Also, my...

WTB: 1973 Csi type Alpina Wheels

...he used to track the car occasionally. Here are a few periid pics of the motorsport wheels on the car. The one pic of the car with a tall stance is an old pic of when I owned it originally. The car is currently waiting for the boys at Hardy & Beck to revalve bilsteins which it will get with...

Thank you so much for the message To me your car is got the most beautiful look and stance above all and the wheels and tires combo makes such a difference among others ! I was very confused to choose the tire option for my car but now that you mention I will go for the michelin! I was also...

WTB: 1973 Csi type Alpina Wheels

That's my car and one reason it looks aggressive is the springs are cut. The motorsport wheels have a very nice lip and the Michelin XWX's give it that classic puffy sidewall look as well.

Pros and Cons for removal of the Shock spacers for bumper height 1973 E9

...know you are saying that the spacers were for US safety reasons but mine has them too and she’s a UK RHD car . So I wonder if all markets had them ??? Which bit is thicker or thinner on the rear spring ? I do like the idea of improving the stance a bit , especially as it seems so easy to...
