front license mount?

I recently bought a 1971 2800 CS and got my tags today. DC requires a front license. My 2800 has two holes for the license, one on each side of the center crease in the bumper. I am at a loss of how to mount a US tag on the car and have not been able to find a mount by Googling. Does anyone...
