seat adjustment

My passenger tilt adjustment knob pulls out to where the tilt adjustment will not work. If I push it in slightly,the back hook catches the bottom and the back of the seat will tilt back and forth correctly. My driver side adjustment knob is not loose and works correctly. How do I fix the...
