1963 V8 Coupe on Ebay

Only 537 ever produced and 1 ends up in Rio Linda,Ca.If you ever been there you would know what I mean.

if only we all had unlimited resources and we could afford to restore and save a car like this. you don't often see a 3200cs.

a friend told me once.... "the italians invented rust, then the germans perfected it"
this car seems to have the best of both worlds...
those are beautful cars and are worth saving at any dollar figure...

This was rotting away ... seemingly for years, in the Pacific Northwest, and sold a year or so ago (from Craigslist???) for...about 10 grand?? (probably less.)

Now on eBay, its bid to 40k??? "Buy it now" for 80?!?!

If any "auction" is proof that people (read:bidders) use eBay as an anonymous playground, this is it. "I want to see what he's asking" just adds to the goofiness that has become our hobby.
