1967 2000 cs

Looking at a 1967 2000 cs. 96000 mi. Know nothing about these cars. What should I be aware of ? Why do they not command the $'s that later 2800s demand ?
What is the most I should pay ?

They have a lower price because of the smaller engine and "unique" visual appeal.

The prices have been all over the place and are mostly determined by condition. I've seen some go for 30k, some go for 1k.

The one I'm looking at has cloth seats not leather. Are they not original ?
