If this car was for sale by the original owner, before the cheap paint job and the bad upholstery job, and before the 400w booming stereo, and if it was not as rusty as it sounds, it could have been a great starting point for a restoration. Now you'd be paying for a lot of work that needs to be redone. I hope this one sells for $15k to "float all boats" but I think it will be tough getting that kind of money for it.
