Hi, all. I was curious if the forum knew anything about this 1972 3.0 CS for sale in St. Louis. http://glbmotorworks.com/inventory2.php?make=9. The VIN is indicated as 2240160. Would appreciate any information on the vehicle or any comments on its merit as I am local and am considering it for purchase. Thanks in advance.

Hopefully Jerry will chime in as he's in KC and might be able to take a look at it.

I always get a bit worried when you can see that someone just sprayed a can of black undercoating onto the car. You can see the streaks on the front pans. Yes it makes it look a little bit better but it still worries me.

Cheers
James

It's been discussed here before but I can't find the thread, I recognize that front bumper piece

The collective knowledge on this forum never ceases to amaze me. Thank you all for the info. Additional comments welcome...

Yes, at that price. I strongly preferred that Dan Koturov (coupeguy) coupe that was on eBay a couple of times recently but can't quite make peace with the $35K price tag. Still looking.

Speaking of velour, I spotted a 75 2002 yesterday with black bolsters and black fabric centers front and rear, bottom and top. I too am partial to velour, especially the light grey in a sales brochure I have. I had to toss a light grey velour interior from a parts car. The seats were mouse condos by the time I got to it.

That velour is still available in the homeland
