Very good indeed. More like, BMW 3.0CS. been through car fire, needs a lot of help. 90% Incomplete.

That's how I read it too. A restoration project that has 90% of the parts. The last 10% of the parts are always the most expensive. Still, with limited info the price doesn't seem horrible.
