I spoke to the friendly owner. Ad description probably captures things. Mechanic thinks ECU is bad -and these are scarce. Would have to gauge status of body after owner done repairs.

That has to be the worst case of sloppy overspray I have seen. Somehow I doubt any rust work was done with quality in mind. Hope it gets checked out.

Big project for sure. But considering how many "parts" cars have sold for much more on ebay, this could be a descent deal. I bet it will go for 6-7K.

I'm with NB28- 6-7k and no real bargain.
60k in repairs and parts and purchase and you will have a 40k car.
