At least they say "Born as 1972 CS and converted to 3.5 liter CSL Group 2 by Tech Speed Motorsport (UK)" in the description.
But they do throw the "CSL" phrasing around a bit too much for my taste.... Guess as long as the disclaimer is there, they are covered.
