1973 CSA #1 - $11,400: Is this legit?

This car seems really nice for $11K. Also, according to E9-Driven, it was the first '73 CSA in the vin range. Registered as a 'for sale' item in Germany in 2012. No other history on the car.

That's a Belgian VIN plate, I think it was required for cars delivered there. First euro 74 automatic VIN.
