Do the rear bumper brackets (black hoops) require orientation?
At quick glance, prior to installation, it appeared that the hoops were identical and did not have a top or bottom or left/right.
True to form, after installation was completed, (or at least bolted in) the bumper was definitely sitting wrong. (driver side is 1/2" closer to body than passenger side.)
So are the hoops not symmetrical or is my bumper geometry off due to some other reason?
(I won't even mention the fun I've had with the rubber bumper ends.)
Any installation tips would be put to instant use and greatly appreciated.
