is that an original anthracite colored coupe? pretty rare color. is the VIN in the registry?

It is in the registry and the original color is Polaris metallic silver...what you see is a primer coat.

I'd love to know that also, for two reasons:
1. I spoke with the seller about some small parts off the car - he was very nice and did some legwork on my behalf. But to get the parts that I wanted off would have been a lot of effort and would have ruined other parts. Much happier it is going out as a "whole".
2. I tried buying a shell once before and wasn't quite the highest bidder.
