1975 CSI ECU repair question

Hi, does anyone know where I can get the ECU, and the manifold pressure pump/device tested and repaired? I believe the ECU is faulty as the voltage to the injectors fluctuates from 12v to 2v intermittently. I have removed the wire harness from the ECU to the injectors, I tested that, no bad wires. This is a stock original set up. Thanks Fred
