I know this is not an E-9 but items such as the diff, manual tranny and engine parts can be used on the E-9 so I figured why not list it here. The engine is pretty tired but the tranny shifts perfect with no grinding or issues and the rear end is nice and quiet. The interior is black, I know some like to use the rear seats from this car and put it on the E-9. Also it has BMW factory 16"x8 Alpina style chrome wheels that were I think a one year only set that came with the early 90's V12 7-series. They do have the lower offset (23) that should fit well on the E-9 chassis. I have been asked if it has the LSD diff and I don't know but hopefully the attached pics can be of help. Anything and everything is for sale on the car except the front seats( unless I get an offer I can not refuse) they are the 8-way manual adjustable Recaro seats from the Euro M6 E23 from what I have been told..

Getrag 5-speed photos

The motor has multiple oil leaks and I am almost certain the oil on the tranny is from the engine, I have leaks from both the valve cover and oil pan.

Check out needed

LA area e9 owners. I made an offer on for the bell housing, flywheel, clutch fork arm, slave cylinder, transmission, and shifter, plus price for removal and shipping to Maine, that Verde2002 found acceptable. Verde suggests that I might be more comfortable if a third party drives the car to make sure the transmission shifts smoothly and doesn't have any strange noises. Is there anyone out there that has time to stop by and take a drive in this 633 csi before it comes apart? I am going to replace seals, bushings, and the normal consumables like pressure plate, disk, throw out bearing and pilot bearing, so I just want to be reasonably certain that I won't have to have the transmission rebuilt.

If everything works out these parts are destined for my just purchased '73 CS to replace the auto trans.

If someone can drive this car I will leave it to you to work out a schedule with Verde2002.

Thanks,

Here is a pic of the wheels after I washed them.
