it seemed funny to me to talk about a template to install the badges
a template for such a purpose seemed too formal
if you would have requested some dimensions ...
but all is ok
Anyone got any measurements? Say, the CSI relative to the two edges, and the 3.0 relative to the CSI and trunk rearward edge?
That is exactly how the factory badges are applied.

i know, i worked for opel in the nineties as product engineer, templates made of teflon with two reference points, place them, put the sticker e voila
obviously you use templates now because the badges are glued
mi point is that it seemed anachronic to me to ask for templates for our car, or too elaborate for a DIY
i gave up
