3.0 CSL RHD in recent major car crash

Did anyone notice that the impact was so violent that the panel under the rear window of the "good side" had buckled?

yeah, I saw that too. I (sadly) wrecked a 911 years ago and that happened as well.

I was the one who made the ill considered left turn in front of someone in a parking lot...I think she might have been going a little too fast...

She drove that Camry home!

The owner may have right to salvage, but the insurers and VOSA may deem it is Cat E which means it is so badly damaged that it would be unsafe to repair and thus may only be broken for parts.

i think u n malc mean ie cat D n C motors can be repaired and put back on the road,

CAT B is for spares only and if and i mean a Big if, the car is repaired, checked, inspected by VOSA, it can be put back on the road.

and i only no of one guy here in England, that has repaired insurance total write offs n put them back on the road.

i no, the CSL that was involved in that accident, can be repaired by this amazing, body worker.

If it went to Hungary, might be to Miklos? If so, there’s a long waiting list there.

It's went to miklos end of 2012....should it not be finished and on the road by now ????

Perusing John Furley's photos on FB. There are crashed photos yet no completely restored by Miklós photos of NYU 4OIL

Curious if anyone has any further info regarding Furley's car or any experience with completed cars by Miklós.

Apologies. John Furley talks about the car a lot. I must it was complete given how long it has been.
