Was on my way to work this morning and saw this one on the Park Place Aston Martin lot in Bellevue, WA.
It looks pretty nice. Will go for a closer look soon. Has been restored.
It is a real CSi too, Italian delivery, L-jet?, respray in original color, updated suspension.

If it is a "real CSI" it should have the original engine with D-jet injection. IMHO. The fuel injection was what made the CSIs special at their introduction. Of course by now many coupe owners starting with a CS or a CSI have upgraded to more sophisticated fuel injection. Paul

CSIs are nice, due to the injection and higher HP, but those things I can add.

I would rather have AC (much harder to add) and a sunroof, which is super rare to have both in a CSi.

At any rate, if this CSi is solid, then mid-30s would be a buy.

What's with your AC fascination? You live in Seattle! :D

I drove back from the Historics in Monterey with my dead AC. Sucked. It was also hot enough that my car was vapor locking while driving.

It's on my todo list and I'm in NorCal where it isn't that hot. But the days you want it you have it.

Hah! Remember last summer? Almost a whole month of >90 degrees!

Ah yes, I had the summer off and kept the windows down in the coupe to dry it out. I haven't had an AC in my daily driver for 15 years. It was the worst in Phoenix, but mainly on the way home. :)

Went back today on lunch today to have a closer look at this CSi since it's in their showroom now. It is a very nice example.
Was informed that it is now SOLD!! OMG - sold in one day!

We all probably need to re-adjust our mindsets regarding our beloved coupes, as they are climbing in value daily.

I think there's a lot of speculation going on in the classic car market. let's see what happens when everybody tries to sell them all at once.

one day! Not enough time for even a minor PPI. Well, let's hope it went to a nice home and that the new owner joins us here. Welcome-whoever you are.
