Hello all. I did the 3.5 engine swap, with a tii brake boooster this winter.
But it has not worked out to my full satisfaction yet. The engine starts easily when cold, but could hardly be cranked over when at "normal" temperature. (there is valve noise)
With the new booster, a much harder brake pedal pressure is now needed, and it feels like the pedal is beeing "sucked" in after a while.
Any thoughts on my problems is very much appreciated
 
Which engine management did you go with, Motronic 1.0, 1.3, carbs, D-Jet, MegaSquirt, or something else? Since you went with a tii booster, I take it you went with Motronic 1.3?
