What exhaust manifold do you use with this conversion? Does anyone make custom down pipes for the 3.5 exhaust manifolds to use on an e9?

I re-used the stock manifolds so I could use stock downpipes. I then had an exhaust shop weld on an O2 sensor bung on one of the downpipes so I could run closed-loop.

Coupeking downpipes
I went with the more flow efficient, and lighter, B35 manifolds with Coupeking's new stainless steel downpipes with an 02 sensor bung nicely incorporated into the y collector. The fit the E9 chassis very nicely. During my research phase all I could find, from the performance perspective, were headers and I didn't want the additional engine compartment heat and louder sound.

Don't mean to hijack the thread, but it is somewhat related. Has anyone used Ireland Engineering's headers? They are significantly cheaper than Coupekings.

Some people on bimmerf'rms talk of them for e24's and M5's but they also speak of others. They also went w/b35 headers.
