Hi All - advice please - will the 5 speed from an M60 bolt into an already 5 speed manual converted E9

Nope, totally different bolt patterns and the bellhousing is not swappable. Plus, it is a different transmission than the older Getrags, so a custom driveshaft, linkage, and support setup would be required.
