Retail price $75k in the ad, to funny. :)
well, it could be worth 75k+ if it was bought inexpensively, replaced the trunk / cut out portion, everything painted and if you went through all of the systems ... and replaced any missing parts. there is a lot to work with if you bought it for 7,500 +/-

Well, the current bid is $5,600. Will take a TON of work to bring back. But looks like a decent starting point for someone who has that kind of energy.

This $20k E9 might be a better starting point...

(Seattle area)

Seller's Description

Ready to restore. I bought this about 10 years ago to do that but haven't and it has been garaged since then. There is rust as usual but seems to be limited to the rockers and floor boards, the shock towers seem fine. Car is pretty complete and stock except for the steering wheel air cleaners and spare tire (TRX!). I am happy to answer questions except availability, if it's here, it's for sale

Looks like lots of good parts or you could get a rear center section and make a whole car.

This car Just listed on eBay for $39,900 with a California salvage title
