FYI: 2 weeks ago, I bid on the car and the seller did not respond at all when I emailed them asking specific questions about the car. No response and then the auction was abruptly cancelled.
Seller says in new listing they restored the car in mid-80's, stripped down to bare metal inside & out, with new interior at that time. That would be 25-28 years ago. Car was in Florida all that time, up until 3 years ago.
